Qualifications & Application Criteria

• $50 application fee per applicant
• Security deposit required to hold home for up to 2 weeks from date of paying deposit. Home will not be taken off our website until security deposit is paid and is non refundable if application is canceled. Security deposit is only available for refund after a full lease term, should there be no damages to home.
• Income verification
• criminal background check
• credit check: we look for a 600 but we are flexible on this with the option to sign up for credit monitoring for $35 a month until a 600 is reached ( this option will depend on collections, past due balances and other information on the credit check)
• ** All rentals will require property insurance $12.00 a month added to monthly rent **
• If you have pets please ask about pet fees and pet rent per property. Some of the owners do not allow pets and some of the fees a different depending on the owner
